Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long has your company been in operation?
  • Our company has been operating for 25 years – since 1999. We have international experience working with documents from the CIS countries, South Caucasus, Western and Eastern Europe, North, Central, and South America. You can see the full list of countries we work with here.
  • How can I be sure that you will not deceive me?
  • You can check reviews about our company here (almost 100 of them). Also, we will provide you with a scanned contract with a stamp and a digital signature that you can verify online.
  • What information do you need from me to order documents from you?
  • First, we verify information from you: what you need, why you need the document (apostille, translation, consular legalization, etc.), for which country the document is needed (not all countries are members of the Hague Convention, and Georgia has not signed and ratified agreements with all countries). Then we provide our opinion: what is needed, what we can do, what pitfalls exist, what risks, and what we do in case of failure.
  • How is the transfer of documents done?
  • Documents can be transferred through a courier service of your choice. You can choose from the list of courier services on our website – link here. If you are not familiar with what a courier service is, you can read about it here.
  • What is your price range?
  • For obtaining civil status documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, civil status certificate stating single, unmarried, divorced, adoption certificate, paternity establishment certificate, nationality certificate (birth certificate indicating nationality)) – from 100 to 180 euros. Depending on the processing time, the number of documents, and the time spent on them.
Apostille from 80 to 160 euros per document – depends on the processing time, type of document, and the country for which the document is being prepared.
  • How are payments made?
  • You can make payments in any convenient form. Payments are made in Euros or US Dollars. If you have another currency, you can freely convert it by exchanging it at your bank. We enter into a contract with you, and from the moment of its signing, both you and we have obligations. You must: provide accurate and truthful information, provide copies or scans of documents (necessary for the process of obtaining documents or their apostille, notarization), send us (or sign online with a Georgian notary) a power of attorney, and pay for our services on time. We must: specify and adhere to deadlines, do everything according to the law, provide accurate and timely information for you, and deliver the finished documents on time.
  • Do we have to pay everything at once?
  • You can pay 60% of the order cost initially. Then, upon completion, the remaining 40%. The first payment is made only after we receive the original power of attorney from you – in hand. Work begins immediately upon receipt. When you have paid 60%, and the order is ready, we send you scanned copies of the finished documents for approval. After that, you pay the remaining 40% plus the cost of shipping to you. We then send you the finished documents the next day through the agreed courier service. We provide you with a tracking code, and you can track the delivery of documents online.
  • Why is the power of attorney for 3 years (why not more or less) and with the right of sub-delegation specifying two individuals?
  • Experience has shown that 85-90% of our clients return to us for additional services. Many who shortened the term later regret it, as when ordering documents again, they have to spend time and money on a new power of attorney and its dispatch to us. Powers of attorney for more than 3 years are automatically equated to powers of attorney for 1 year.
The right of sub-delegation allows both us and you to be confident that under certain circumstances (illness of the executor, accident, dismissal, and so on), the order will be fulfilled. When two individuals are specified, we become more efficient.
  • Why does the power of attorney have such a wide range of powers?
  • The list of powers only involves obtaining documents for you and actions with them. The presence of a large number of ministries and departments should not concern you. This is done for your own good: prompt execution if additional confirmation or document (at the time of ordering or later when reapplying to us) is needed, no questions from officials (why their department or unit was not indicated). For example, when requesting from the Ministry of Justice, it was found that the document can only be obtained at the National Archives. The National Archives lacks data and asks for additional information from other agencies. This is just a single example. Circumstances can vary.
The power of attorney does not include powers to purchase or sell real estate, a car, or dispose of bank funds. We only operate with the documents you order.
  • Can I make a power of attorney to receive documents for my relative?
  • You can only do so in the case of your children (when ordering a birth certificate) or when ordering a death certificate for your relative – parent, grandmother, grandfather.
  • Is a power of attorney required to order a certificate of no criminal record from Georgia?
  • For our agency, a power of attorney is not required in this case.
  • Is a power of attorney required to order an Apostille in Georgia?

  • Is a power of attorney required to order Consular legalization in Georgia?
  • Yes, in most cases, a power of attorney is required for consular legalization of documents in Georgia.
